Biography

Khloe Kardashian was born as the youngest of three sisters, with one brother born after her. Khloe's father, Robert, was a highly touted criminal defense attorney and her mom, Kris, was the owner of Smooch, a well-known shop in L.A.

In the early- to mid-'90s, the structure of Khloe's family changed dramatically when her parents split up and her mom married former Olympic gold medalist, Bruce Jenner, and two more siblings followed. Khloe's father also gained attention as a friend of O.J. Simpson and a key member of his defense team.

Although her family name was famous through her mom's second marriage and her dad's ties to Simpson, Khloe Kardashian herself wasn't a Hollywood name. Four years after her father passed away, Khloe was invited to appear on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, a reality-style TV glimpse into the exploits of the Kardashian clan, with a lot of attention devoted to Khloe's older sister Kim. Since the series first aired, Khloe has developed her own base of fans who respect her thoughtful ways and entertaining dialogue. It wasn't always fun and games, as Khloe was arrested for driving under the influence, but she has bounced back as the co-owner of the trendy L.A. shop Dash, and the personal assistant to her sister, Kim Kardashian. With the show renewed for another go-around, fans will get to spend another season watching Khloe grow up.
